Known for his exceptional negotiating skills in high-profile settlements, Mr. Kohli is widely respected within the banking community for his practical and results-oriented approach to resolving NPAs.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Bar Council, Mr. Kohli has dedicated more than two decades to the resolution of stressed assets. His expertise extends across various laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, GST, Income Tax, and labor regulations, as well as operational aspects like factory management and environmental compliance.

Since the inception of the IBC in 2016, Mr. Kohli has been actively practicing under its provisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and providing tailored ... solutions for corporate debtors across diverse industries. Mr. R. C. Kohli

Mr. R. C. Kohli is a veteran banker with over five decades of distinguished experience in banking, consultancy, and skill development. He retired as General Manager (Recovery & Law) from Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC), having served the bank for 33 years in various key leadership roles, including being Regional Head of several major regions such as Delhi and New Delhi.

During his impressive and fruitful tenure, he was instrumental in NPA management and recovery, making notable contributions in recovery of substantial dues from the NPAs of the erstwhile Global Trust Bank after its merger with OBC.

Post-retirement, Mr. Kohli served as a Consultant to OBC for a year and as an Advisor to a reputed Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) for three years.

He is also a well-recognized trainer and an eminent speaker on NPA management, having conducted numerous workshops and training sessions ... for various prestigious institutions such as State Bank of India, MDI Gurgaon, RBI’s Bankers Training College, ASCI Hyderabad, NIBSCOM, IICA, and several other nationalized banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Kohli is the author of the highly acclaimed book “Practical Guide to NPA Resolution” (4th Edition – 2017), published by Taxmann, a renowned publication house. The book provides comprehensive insights into recovery strategies and legal frameworks under the SARFAESI Act, DRT Act, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), along with practical tools, case studies, and ready-to-use formats. The book has received notable endorsements, including a foreword by Shri D. K. Mittal (IAS Retd.), Former Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, Govt. of India and has also been reviewed by Indian Banks' Association (IBA) and published in their monthly Journal “The Indian Banker journal”.

Ms. Pallavi Sharma

He is an M.Com and CAIIB and has worked with Bank of India as Chief Manager. Having about 40 years of experience in Banking Sector, post-retirement preferred to utilize his experience and joined ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP as Chief Manager (Admin & HR) since January 2018.

Ms. Lalita is an MBA Graduate, working with ARCK since 2018, She looks after the Admin & HR Department. In her role, she manages event and meeting coordination, administrative tasks, and HR functions. Additionally, she has extensive experience in front office operations and client communications.
